On behalf of Experience Co, we’d like to extend a huge congratulations to Bec Williams, who will be celebrating an incredible 13 years of service with Experience Co this month.
Bec began her career as a casual high ropes instructor at the Treetops Adventure Belgrave Park in 2011, which is the flagship site in Victoria. Once she graduated from university a few years later, she then became the full time park manager.
As Treetops Adventure expanded and more parks began to open across Australia, Bec stepped up into the role of Marketing Manager, where she has remained ever since, helping grow the business from one park to 15 and counting!
Of her time working for Treetops Adventure and EXP, Bec had the following to say:
โWhat I have enjoyed the most is watching customers enjoying nature and challenging themselves to try something new. I always love hearing people tell me how nervous they were and then discovering how much fun they had.โ
