We have recently hosted, for the 2nd year running, the Black Dog Institute CEO Skydive Challenge. This partnership with BDI challenges CEO’s to fundraise for the ultimate challenge – a skydive! All funds raised go towards BDI’s mental health research and education, to tackle the ever present issue of mental health in our communities.
Over two jumps at our Skydive drop zones in Wollongong and St Kilda, our CEO’s have managed to raise over $120, 000! Amongst some of our CEO’s to jump this year included Layne Beachley, who jumped in Wollongong and shared some motivational words on tackling mental health and overcoming obstacles.
