G’day Team I am delighted to announce today that Caue Ferro Marconato de Souza Vaz from our Skydive Australia operations team in Western Australia has been selected as our first winner of the Escape the Ordinary – Recognition Program.
Delivering extraordinary experiences to our customers and employees on a daily basis and being a constant support for his team members are some of his many strengths. This was recently demonstrated at the drop zone in Perth as he recently helped improve the Perth office by painting walls to brighten the outlook on his days off.
Furthermore, Caue has the respect of his peers in the workplace as he has gone above and beyond by coming to work as our Safety Officer while his wife was clearly in the beginning stages of labour. We are excited to congratulate Caue on being our winner of the Escape the Ordinary Recognition Program for November. On behalf of Experience Co we would also like to congratulate him on the birth of a beautiful baby girl.
