Experience Co Transitions to Tanda in 2026

In October 2025, the HR team announced the launch of the Your Experience project, a key initiative focused on modernising how we manage Payroll and Human Resources at Experience Co.

This project is about simplifying processes, reducing administrative effort, and giving you easier access to the tools and information you need to do your job. At its core, Your Experience is an investment in both employees and managers, designed to create a more streamlined, supportive, and engaging workplace.

Why this change?
As Preceda approaches its end of life in March 2026, Experience Co is transitioning to Tanda, a modern HRIS and payroll solution. This upgrade will help streamline the way we work and improve the overall employee experience.

Tanda is an all-in-one, cloud-based platform that brings together rostering, timesheets, payroll, and core HR in a single system. It will reduce manual work through greater automation, provide one consistent platform across the business, support compliance with the Fair Work Act (AU) and Employment Relations Act (NZ), and offer better insights through improved reporting and workforce planning. Employees will also benefit from a modern, user-friendly experience, including access via a mobile app.

What this means for Experience Co employees
We will be transitioning from Preceda to Tanda over the upcoming months, and everyday processes such as timesheets, rostering, and accessing payslips will become faster, easier, and more accurate.

Key dates to keep in mind

  • Manager training will commence from 12 January 2026.
  • The mandatory company-wide dress rehearsal will run from 27 January to 9 February 2026.
  • You will need to download payslips from Preceda by 9 February 2026
  • Workforce Management, including rostering and timesheets, will go live on 10 February 2026
  • Payroll system will go live on 24 February 2026.

Communication and support
Managers will play an important role in keeping their teams informed and will be supported with tools and resources to guide conversations. A dedicated section on the staff intranet will house Tanda-related information, including guides and resources on how to use the system. Company-wide updates will also be shared by the project team via email and newsletters.

For any questions throughout the project, please reach out to our Project Manager, Cassandra Lane at c.lane@experienceco.com.

We’re looking forward to the positive impact this change will bring for everyone across Experience Co!
