We are pleased to announce Experience Co. has formally completed the acquisition of ‘Treetops Adventure’! This incredible business boasts 14 parks and over 400, 000 customers per year, representing a diversification in the Experience Co. portfolio to include ‘Family Adventure’.
We are especially excited about this acquisition, as it brings in a far more domestic and family orientated audience to our existing portfolio, creating an even balance to navigate the road ahead in regards to COVID 19 recovery. Treetops Adventure has excellent organic growth, launching one of two sites announced to the market back in September.
As part of today’s completion, Nicolas Dansin joins the EXP Executive Leadership Team as General Manager – Treetops Adventure. Treetops Adventure will run quite independently of EXP given its unique customer base and operating model.
