At Experience Co we are committed to helping team members reach their full potential and take the next step in their career. With this in mind, we are excited to launch TREK, our brand-new Management Traineeship Program aimed at assisting aspiring team member to move into leadership roles.
WHAT TO EXPECT
TREK (Participants known as TREKKERS) is derived from the commitment we will make to these high performers to continue building their career within Experience Co and our future leaders.

TREKKERS will be allocated a mentor and develop a personalised plan to identify short and long-term goals, areas of focus and a 12-month action plan. You will be employed on a full-time basis and can expect to receive training and guidance alongside your current role to help you succeed. This includes opportunities to participate in projects, attend meetings at higher levels, and gain exposure to different business units.
HOW TO APPLY
Team members will complete the attached application form and submit a video (no more than 1 minute) about their desired outcome from the program and career aspirations. You will then be invited to an interview to assess your suitability for the program.
