On behalf of Experience Co, we’d like to extend a huge congratulations to Mel Barich, who will be celebrating an amazing 12 years of service with Experience Co this month.
Mel started working for Skydive Byron Bay back in 2010 in manifest before then moving onto the call centre. She then joined the Accounts department in 2015 and has been there ever since!
For Mel, it has been great to see the company grow from just a handful of skydive drop zones to now being one of the lead companies in adventure tourism in Australia and beyond.
Mel had the following to say about her time at Experience Co:
โI have enjoyed working with so many different and interesting people along the way, and made some great friendships. I currently enjoy the flexibility of being able to work from home and look forward to taking a trip up north in 2023, and checking out all we have to offer in Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef!โ
